What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Proven experience of at least 2-3 years as a ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄payroll specialist in a private corporate environment
-Thorough knowledge of payroll procedures, international ones as well;
-Experience with payroll calculations and verification for international and European countries
-Good knowledge of Labor Romanian legislation
-Proficient in Microsoft Office;
-Strong English language knowledge, professional working proficiency.
- Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Positive approach and strong work ethic;
- Highly detail-oriented and organized person;
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
- Willingness to work on site is a requirement.

- Calculates employee salaries
- manages databases and staff files
-oversees job descriptions, certificates, evaluation sheets, internal regulations, disciplinary investigations and payslips
-processing payroll calculations and verification for international and European countries
-accurately and on time ensuring compliance with tax laws
-collects the data, prepares and verifies the monthly payroll for salaries
-prepares the files, reports and payment documents when needed for management or different institutions
-carries out internal communication
-permanently monitors legislative changes in the field of labor relations and taxes.
